New or half-finished profiles are the first to get restricted once they start paying for ads. We prepare the profile that will own your ad assets so it looks and behaves like a real, secure account.

  • Two-factor login and recovery options set up
  • Profile completed the way Meta expects
  • A safe warm-up plan before the first ad

I need a proper Business Manager

Facebook Business Manager Setup

When pages, ad accounts and pixels sit on personal profiles, one lost login can take everything with it. We build a Business Manager that you own, with the right people and assets in the right places.

  • Business Manager created or cleaned up
  • Admins, employees and partners with safe roles
  • Pages, ad accounts and pixels assigned
From $49
My ad account won’t run ads

Facebook Ad Account Setup

Wrong currency, a failed payment method or a missing setting can stop ads before they start, and some of these choices cannot be changed later. We set the account up correctly the first time.

  • Currency, time zone and business details checked
  • Payment method and spending limit configured
  • First campaign structure reviewed before launch
From $59
My Pixel isn’t tracking sales

Facebook Pixel Setup

If purchases and leads are not recorded, Meta optimises your ads for the wrong people and your reports cannot be trusted. We install and test tracking until the numbers match reality.

  • Pixel and Conversions API installed
  • Standard events for your funnel
  • Every event checked in Test Events
From $49
Verification is stuck

Facebook Business Verification

Business and domain verification unlock higher limits and more features, but rejected documents can keep you waiting for weeks. We prepare everything so your submission matches what Meta checks.

  • Document and business detail check
  • Domain verification set up
  • Clear guidance if a resubmission is needed
From $79
My ad account got disabled

Disabled Facebook Ad Account Help

A disabled account usually has a reason that can be found and explained. We work out what triggered it, help you request a review the right way and fix what caused it. Nobody can promise Meta’s decision, and we won’t.

  • Review request prepared properly
  • Prevention plan for your next account

05 · Why us

Setups that still work next month

Policy first, always

Every setup follows Meta’s own rules for accounts, payments and advertising. Shortcuts that work for a week and then get an account restricted are exactly what we are here to avoid.

Clear scope and price

Each service page lists what is included, what is not and the price, before you order. If your case needs more work than the package covers, we tell you before doing it.

Everything stays yours

Business Managers, ad accounts, pages and pixels are created in your name. We work through access you can remove at any time, and we remove it ourselves when we finish.

A handover you can follow

When the work is done you get a short written guide to your setup: who has which role, where billing sits and what to check if something changes.

09 · Explained

What a Facebook ads setup service does

Every Facebook ad runs on a chain of accounts: a personal profile that owns a Business Manager, a Business Manager that owns the ad accounts and pages, and a Pixel that tells Meta what happens after someone clicks. When one link in that chain is weak, ads get rejected, accounts get restricted or the reports stop matching your sales. A setup service builds that chain properly, so your money goes into ads instead of support tickets.

The four parts of a working ad setup

It helps to see the setup as four separate pieces, because each one fails in its own way. The personal profile is the identity Meta trusts; if it is new, incomplete or unsecured, everything built on top of it inherits that risk. The Business Manager (now shown inside Meta Business Suite) is the container that owns your pages, ad accounts and pixels, so that no single person’s login can take them away. The ad account holds your payment method, currency, time zone and spending limit. The Pixel and Conversions API report purchases and leads back to Meta, which is what lets the ad system find more people like your buyers. A problem in any one of the four shows up as a problem with your ads, which is why fixing the ad alone rarely works.

Why the order of setup matters

Meta looks at how accounts were created and how they behave from day one. A brand new profile that immediately creates a Business Manager, adds three ad accounts and spends heavily looks very different from a profile that was completed, secured and used normally first. The same is true for payments: a currency or time zone chosen by mistake usually cannot be changed later, so the ad account has to be replaced. Most of the problems we fix come from steps that were done in the wrong order or skipped.

Signs your setup needs attention

Some warning signs are easy to miss until they cost money. Your ad account sits on a personal profile instead of a Business Manager. Only one person has admin access, and that person is a freelancer who no longer works with you. Payments fail every few weeks, or the spending limit keeps stopping campaigns. Reports in Ads Manager show far more or far fewer purchases than your store does. Your business has never been verified, so you are stuck on low limits. Any one of these is worth fixing before you increase your budget, because a larger budget makes every weak point more expensive.

Who uses a setup service

Most of our clients fall into three groups. Small businesses and online stores that want to start advertising properly and would rather not learn Business Manager by trial and error. Agencies and freelancers who need client accounts organised and handed over cleanly, with the client owning everything. And advertisers whose account was restricted or disabled, who want to understand why and avoid it happening again. The work is different for each, which is why every service has its own page with what is included, what is not and the price.

How a setup is priced

Each service has a fixed starting price for a standard case, shown above and on its own page. The price depends on how much needs to be built or untangled, not on your ad budget, so a small store and a large brand pay the same for the same work. If your case turns out to be bigger than the package, for example several Business Managers that need merging or a long history of rejected ads, we tell you what extra work is needed and what it costs before we start it. You never pay for work you did not agree to, and payment details are only shown on the order page, after you have chosen a service.

What you can do yourself

Plenty. Meta’s Business Help Center explains each setting, and the Advertising Standards list what ads may and may not say. If you have the time, follow them step by step, turn on two-factor login for everyone with access, and check your Business Manager roles once a quarter. People come to us when they would rather spend that time on their business, when something has already gone wrong, or when they want a second pair of eyes before spending real money. Our free tools are a good first step either way: they show you the problem before you decide whether you need help with it.

What no one can promise

Meta makes the final decision on reviews, verification and ad approval. Any service that guarantees a restored account or approved ad is guessing. What we promise is the work itself: a correct setup, a clear explanation of what we did, and honest advice when a case is unlikely to succeed. Quick answers

Do you need my Facebook password?

No. For most work we use partner access through Business Manager or a temporary role that you add and remove yourself. If a task truly needs your screen, we do it on a short call with you in control.

How long does a setup take?

Most setups are finished within one to three working days after we receive the details we need. Verification and disabled account reviews depend on Meta’s response time, which we cannot control, and each service page explains what to expect.

Can you guarantee my ad account will be restored?

No one can, because the final decision belongs to Meta. What we can do is find the likely cause, prepare a proper review request and fix the problem so it does not happen again.

Will I own everything you set up?

Yes. Every Business Manager, ad account, page and pixel stays in your name and under your control. We remove our access when the work is done, unless you ask us to stay on for support.

Do you work with businesses outside the US?

Yes. We work with businesses worldwide and set up currency, time zone and billing to match the country you sell in.

Not sure which setup you need?
