Terms of Service

The rules for using adnestly.com and ordering our services. Please read them before you place an order.

01Who we are

Adnestly (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides setup and support services for Facebook advertising through adnestly.com: help with personal profiles used for advertising, Business Manager, ad accounts, Pixel and Conversions API tracking, business and domain verification, and disabled ad accounts. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to every visit to our website and every order you place. By placing an order you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

Adnestly is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. “Facebook”, “Meta” and related names are trademarks of their owner and are used only to describe what our services relate to.

02Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and you must be the owner of the business and accounts involved, or authorised by the owner to act for them. You may not order on behalf of someone who has not agreed to it.

03What our services are, and are not

Each service page describes what every package includes and its usual delivery time. We provide setup, configuration, review and advice. We work on accounts that belong to you, in your name.

Meta decides whether accounts are approved, verified, reviewed, restored or restricted, and whether ads are allowed. We do not control those decisions and do not guarantee any particular outcome, including the restoration of a disabled account, the success of a verification, the approval of an ad or any level of advertising results.

We do not run advertising campaigns, design ads or manage ad budgets unless a package says so explicitly.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to ask us to:

  • create, buy, sell, rent or use profiles, Business Managers or ad accounts that belong to someone else or use a false identity;
  • help you get around a restriction Meta has placed on you, your business or your assets;
  • advertise products or services that are illegal or not allowed under Meta’s advertising rules;
  • prepare documents that are altered, invented or belong to another business.

We may refuse or stop any order that we believe breaks these rules. If we stop an order before work starts, we refund you in full.

05Access to your accounts

We never ask for your passwords, login codes or card numbers. Where we need access, you grant it through partner access in Business Manager, through a temporary role you can remove at any time, or on a screen-share call where you stay in control. You remain responsible for the security of your own accounts. When our work is finished, we remove our access and confirm it in writing, unless you ask us in writing to keep it for ongoing support.

06Orders and your responsibilities

  • Accurate information. You give us accurate information about your business and accounts. Work based on incorrect information may need to be repeated at extra cost.
  • Timely replies. Some steps need your input, such as granting access or joining a call. Delivery times pause while we wait for you. If we receive no reply for 30 days after reminding you, we may close the order and handle any refund under our refund policy.
  • Your decisions. We give recommendations. Decisions about your accounts, ads and spending remain yours.

07Timing

Work starts after your payment is confirmed. Delivery times shown on each package are estimates for a standard case and do not include time spent waiting for your input or for Meta’s responses. If your case turns out to need more work than the package covers, we tell you what is needed and what it costs before we do it.

08Prices and payment

All prices are one-time fees in US dollars and are shown before you order. You can pay by card invoice, bank transfer, international money transfer or cryptocurrency; payment details are shown after you place an order. Our prices cover our work only. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to Meta.

Promo codes are valid only under the conditions shown with them, cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time. A first-order code may be used once per email address.

09Limitation of liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost opportunities, or for any action Meta takes on your accounts, assets or ads. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
