Privacy Policy

What personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

Last updated 28 October 2026

01Summary

We collect only what we need to deliver your order, take payment, answer your messages and keep our website safe. We do not sell personal data and we never ask for your Facebook password. The details are below. Questions can be sent to [email protected].

02Data we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, your Facebook page or website link, any notes or files you add, and optionally a WhatsApp number or Telegram username.
  • Account identifiers: ad account, Business Manager or Pixel IDs you choose to share with us. These are numbers, not passwords.
  • Payment details: the payment method you choose, the transaction ID and any screenshot you upload as proof. Card details are entered on our card payment processor’s secure page and never reach us.
  • Messages: what you send through our contact form or by email, and our replies.
  • Reviews: if you submit a review, your name, optional business name, chosen avatar, rating and text, and the order number and email used to verify it. Your email is never published.
  • Technical data: information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

03Information we see while working on your accounts

When you give us partner access or share your screen, we can see the parts of your Business Manager, ad accounts, pages or tracking settings that the access allows. We use what we see only to do the work you ordered. We do not copy your customer data, audiences or reports for any other purpose, and we remove our access when the job is done.

04How we use your data

  • To deliver and support your order (necessary to perform our contract with you).
  • To confirm payments and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
  • To send order emails such as confirmations and payment reminders. You can stop reminders for an order using the link in any reminder (contract and legitimate interest).
  • To answer messages you send us (legitimate interest).
  • To protect our website from spam, fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
  • To publish reviews you choose to submit (your consent, which you can withdraw).

We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal effects on you, and we do not use it for advertising.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run Adnestly, and only what each one needs:

  • our website hosting provider, which stores the website and its database;
  • our email delivery provider, which sends order and support emails;
  • our security and network provider, which protects the website from attacks;
  • payment providers (our card payment processor, banks, money transfer services and cryptocurrency networks), when you pay.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our rights in a dispute. We never sell personal data.

06International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on providers that use recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

07How long we keep it

  • Order and payment records: up to 6 years after the order, for accounting and tax purposes.
  • Files you upload with an order: deleted from our server once they have been sent to us by email.
  • Contact messages not linked to an order: up to 24 months.
  • Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
  • Security logs: up to 90 days.

08Cookies

Our website uses only what it needs to work and stay secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this policy.

09Security

Our website uses encrypted connections, and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we collect to a minimum.

10Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and California privacy law, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy in a portable format and withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email us at [email protected] from the address linked to your order. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

11Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. Significant changes are also mentioned in emails about active orders.
